Southside Water and Sewer District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Please Note: Online Bill Payment and Direct Debit is not available for the Fry Creek LID annual assessment. Please remit payment by check, money order or use your banks online bill pay service.
Online Bill Payment
If paying Online with a credit or debit card, just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts. Have your account number handy. (fees apply) With this option you will be able to create an online account, store payment methods, schedule payments, and set up payment reminders.
Amount Range: $0.01 - $100.00 - Flat Fee $2.75
Amount Range: $100.01 - $1999.00 - Percent Fee 2.75%
Chargeback Fees: $15.00
ACH Direct Debit
This is currently a no fee option to paying your bill automatically each month, Sign up today! Simply print and fill out the "ACH Authorization Form" and mail it in, or bring it to our office. Please include a voided check with the form. ACH payments are normally drafted on or around the 15th of each month for the prior month service.
Please note: If choosing this option and you are already utilizing “automatic bill pay" through your bank please be sure to cancel that service in order to use this new payment method. Thank you!
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to P.O. Box D, Sandpoint, ID 83864. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address 102 S Fourth Ave in Sandpoint (Ravenwood Offices). We accept cash, check, or money orders. A convenient drop-box is located upstairs outside the building.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
